CAN I BRING MY OWN CATERER?
Absolutely. Quail Ridge does not require you to use a specific caterer. Our full commercial kitchen is available to whichever culinary team you bring in, so you have complete freedom to hire who you trust.
HOW EARLY CAN WE ACCESS THE VENUE TO DECORATE?
Early decorating access is available and can be arranged as part of your package. We know how much setup time matters, so just let your event coordinator know what you need, and we’ll build it into your timeline.
IS THE BAR INCLUDED, OR IS IT A SEPARATE COST?
Full bar availability is included in our Celebration and Full Experience packages. Bar service details, including staffing and beverage selection, can be discussed during your planning consultation.
CAN WE HOST THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION IN THE SAME VENUE?
Yes, and it’s one of the things couples love most about Quail Ridge. The property accommodates both ceremonies and receptions, indoors or outdoors, so your guests never have to travel between locations.
IS QUAIL RIDGE ADA ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, fully. Every area of the venue, including restrooms, the event floor, and the suites, is ADA accessible, ensuring every guest feels welcome and comfortable.
