About Quail Ridge

Stephanie Schliesser is a seasoned wedding and event coordinator with 20 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industries. A Colorado native, she brings a deep love for community, the outdoors, and meaningful connection to every event she plans.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colorado State University–Pueblo, where she was inducted into Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. She later expanded her skills through leadership and hospitality management courses at Pueblo Community College. Her educational background fuels her commitment to understanding people, supporting their goals, and creating positive, memorable experiences.

Her professional journey spans restaurant management, bartending, catering, serving, and supervisory roles, with a long history of building teams and elevating guest service; but her true passion is coordinating weddings and events. In 2018, Stephanie began organizing fundraisers and community events. Her ability to plan, coordinate, and rally community support revealed a natural talent for event management, and participants began asking for help with their weddings. Her eye for detail, calm leadership, and talent for bringing a vision to life made each celebration seamless.

Between 2021 and 2025, Stephanie coordinated or assisted with more than twenty weddings across Colorado. Thirteen of those were hosted at Pathfinder Park Event Center, where she developed strong relationships with local vendors and staff. She eventually founded Meaningful Memories: Weddings, Events, & Décor, offering coordination services, décor rentals, and planning support to couples seeking both beauty and affordability. In 2025, she also acquired the rights to the SOCO Bridal Show and began coordinating and hosting major wedding expos.

In 2026, Stephanie is beginning an exciting new chapter as the Wedding and Event Coordinator at Quail Ridge Event Center, where she brings her expertise, creativity, and passion for exceptional service to a new setting. Whether she is coordinating a wedding, planning a corporate event, or helping guests celebrate life’s milestones, Stephanie’s goal remains the same: to create meaningful, memorable experiences where every detail feels effortless.
